Evidence-Based Mindfulness and Sensory Regulation for Inclusive and Resilient Classrooms
Hungary, Debrecen
Intermediate English (B1+)
Overview
Teachers across Europe are experiencing increasing levels of stress, emotional overload and behavioural challenges in the classroom. At the same time, schools are expected to become more inclusive, emotionally supportive and student-centred.
This course provides educators with structured, research-informed tools to strengthen emotional regulation, classroom climate and inclusive practice.
Grounded in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), growth mindset theory, and sensory-informed pedagogy, this programme equips participants with practical methods that can be immediately integrated into everyday school routines.
Participants will explore how stress affects the nervous system, how language shapes mindset, and how sensory tools can enhance attention and emotional stability — especially for neurodiverse learners.
The course balances theory, practice and implementation design, ensuring sustainable impact at both individual and school level.
